A Wretch Like Me
A Wretch like me
When my blessed Savior first entered inside
Cleaned all the dark - sin has no place to hide
He gave His sacrificial bloodshed at Calvary
Mysteriously covered this wretch called me
T'was a beautiful day when I first understood
Gave to me promises -yes, He said; He would
Save me and my house, so I reveled in this
Believing God's word in this Heavenly bliss
When my earthly time is all over and gone
In judgmental fire testing seeds I have sown
I will pray dear Jesus but you already know
The outcome of each seed for you I now sow.
Past, present and future, God may they all be
A satisfactory living for Thee, Lord, by me
I wish to thank you, my savior, for my life
Even for the many days filled with such strife
Tribulation is truly one of life's best teachers
Sometimes much more than solemn preachers
Our own daily experiences we’ll never forget
Yesterday’s worst memories,- I treasure them yet
While the knowing of you Lord, as I now do
Knowing there lives none, Lord, sweeter than you
You have made this old life of mine worthwhile
As together we have traveled over many a mile
These words I pray to hear my child - Well done.
Come Home child, now rest, your race is won.
I thank you again, Lord, for Salvation's plan
That you have given because of love for man

Our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, while what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4 : 17-18

A Turning Point for Me
I had asked God to save my whole family, as he had promised my youngest daughter Freda was as stubborn as a mule, and as lost as a wayward child, rebellious,
"Save her Lord," I bothered the Lord. "At any cost."
I prayed.
She and her hubby went bankrupt.
Lost everything they had, ans that shocked them because they thought they also had it made in the shade, and even laughed at me for trusting God.
Still I prayed.
"I mean it," and God knew it.
Besides, "You promised!" I was so determined.
I was then living in West Virginia
Freda living in Florida
over 600 miles apart.
She called one evening, crying her little heart out,
"Momma I want to be saved."
(“Oh my God!” I prayed under my breath. Do something.)
Naturally I thought she was trying to bargain with God
Ha ha
But then I realized that she was very serious. I said, "Alright Lord, you promised and these many miles do not make any difference."
It was Wednesday evening and in Florida a pastor of a Baptist church suddenly got ready and went to the garbage dump to empty the garbage before going for his service .later at his church.
As he started to leave he looked around and saw a house near the trash dump. “I have time,” he thought. “I might as well go and ask them .if they would like to attend church."
He goes and Freda answers his knock
"I am pastor so and so from the Baptist church in Mount Dora"(or nearby). I noticed your home here and wanted to invite you to church."
Freda, with tears streaming down her face, said simply, "No sir. You didn't. You came here because I prayed that I want to be saved." Then she was crying and by now ended her words with, "Momma said you would come!"
Needless to say, heaven broke loose right there she knelt there within 30 minutes from calling me. She had given her life to the all-knowing God of Gods,
Yes he is real. I have seen this same child be freed of tumors in her leg bone, her knee, tummy, and the child, who was to die before she was 18, lived to be 53 years old.
She was touched by God so many times she blessed me to watch her. Look up Freda Babinski poetry in Google and you shall see another poet for God, like her mom, Jenny Wren.
,
She learned of God because I introduced her to him .at an early age .and then she got too big to believe, until the Lord showed himself to her.
May God enter your mind .and show himself to you. and the truth of trusting him.
To all who do not know our Lord: he died for you. Accept him in your heart. I am sure glad my Freda did. She died Oct.31, 2005 and the peace is mine. I know she is now at home, safe with God.

Dear Lord, just relating this story for others to hear I get to relive them all over again and I once again praise you, Heavenly Father, for your salvation plan and it works. What I am trying to tell others is that I wish to pass the good news. I would love for the whole world to hear me. Jesus saves. Amen
