World Sunday School first appeared on the Internet on May 14, 2003. Since that time, this independent website has supplied weekly graded Sunday School lessons and handouts (and, often, coloring pages) to help Sunday School teachers worldwide. We hope to help preserve the Sunday School movement which had its glory days in the 1930's. In a time when so many churches are downsizing Sunday Schools, we aim to preserve this Christian teaching to enrich the life of children and youth worldwide.

The Holy Priesthood - Come Boldly
October 30, 2022
What does it mean to be a priest exactly? Has God really called believers to be a Kingdom of Priests? If so what does that entail? I hope in this study that we can answer all these questions and learn everything that God would reveal to us in His word at this time. God will never ask us to do anything that He will not make provisions for us to succeed! Today, let us begin to understand what it means to come boldly to God’s throne so that we can later understand what it means to be a Kingdom of priests before the LORD.

Where oh where would we be without Jesus? We would be like the Children of Israel in Exodus 20, standing at a distance and asking another to talk to God on our behalf! What an honor and gift it is to be able to now go to God’s throne…Boldly and talk to our Father about all things. Thank You LORD for Jesus! He is so worthy to be praised.

CURRENT LESSON PLAN - Moses: Daily Bread from Heaven, by Lisa DeVinney
Teacher’s Notes: Last week the Israelites complained that they were thirsty. And God provided them with sweet water to drink. This week, we’re going to find them complaining, again; this time that they’re hungry. And, again, we’ll find God meeting their needs. And in the process, the Israelites are going to learn some new lessons; like trusting God to meet their needs on a daily basis, the cost of disobedience, and a new tradition – the Sabbath.
